**Delivery Policy - Mamaearth Beauty Care Products**
**Shipping Schedule:**
We at Mamaearth are committed to delivering your beauty and baby care products in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping and delivery services are available from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
**Shipping Zones:**
Currently, we offer shipping within West and East Malaysia.
**Delivery Timeframes:**
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping address and the selected shipping method during checkout. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within:
- 2 to 4 days for standard deliveryÂ
- 1 to 2 days for express delivery
Please note that the delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, peak seasons, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you of any delays.
**Shipping Charges:**
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your order and the shipping address. During the checkout process, you will be provided with the applicable shipping charges before making the payment.

**Weekend and Public Holiday Shipping:**
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. If you place an order on these days, it will be processed on the next business day.
